A Perfect Diet for Perfect Health

It is vital to have a healthy daily diet if you want to lead a healthy and happy life. While there are many other things that are important for a good health such as staying active and working out every day; the essence of a healthy daily diet cannot be negated. A good diet plays a huge role in the overall well-being of a person.

In this article, we explore the type of ‘perfect’ diet plan that can eventually help you to live a ‘perfect’ life with good health.

Perfect Diet for a Healthy Lifestyle
The thing about a perfect diet which people fail to understand is that it is fairly simple. We do not need to overcomplicate our daily food intake. Eating healthy is supposed to be easy and simple and hence should be kept that way. The following is a diet plan that can be followed every single day. The total calories consumed on this diet plan will be around 1350 to 1500 calories per day; which is a perfect amount to stay healthy and in good shape!

Early Morning
The first thing you need to do is make sure that you do not bring long gaps between your meals. The longest gap can be between your dinner and breakfast. Hence, going to bed early and rising early is strongly recommended for a good health. For a perfect diet, begin your day at 8 or 9 am with a fruit and a glass of water. Preferred fruit is apple or banana.

Around 10:30 or 11, you can eat the first proper meal of the day – Breakfast. Your breakfast should be the healthiest and most wholesome meal of the day as it will fuel you throughout the day. A bowl of cooked oats with nuts and honey along with a cup of coffee or tea is sufficient.

Mid-Day Snack
The mid-day snack is before lunch and after breakfast. This helps you stay fueled and full; which also prevents you from overeating at lunch. You can eat a bowl of fresh fruits, a fruit smoothie or a bowl of vegetable salad.

Lunch should be kept light. A slice of grilled chicken with a bowl of boiled rice and fresh veggies is extremely healthy.

Evening Snack
The evening snack is around 6 pm in the evening. It can consist of a cup of tea or black coffee with a bowl of whole cereal or a bran bread cheese sandwich will be good enough.

Dinner means you eat wholesome without piling on the carbs. Hence, rice or bread should be eliminated from this meal. Fish or chicken with soup is the best meal.

There are several amendments that can be made in your daily diet as per your personal preferences. It all depends on making the best healthy food choices. You can alternate one food with another while making sure you don’t over-consume. Also make sure that you drink at least 5 to 6 liters of water every day to keep your body flushed of all toxins. Keeping track of what you eat is essential to make sure you stay in good shape and good health all your life!
